04/12/2008, An update: GET READY!! Winter is finally over and the grass is starting to grow! We will be getting back to work within the next 2 weeks to complete Bray Run. Bray Run's first home is scheduled to start construction next month. If you are looking for a lake area lot, look no further. With all of our amenities, it's hard to compare! 01/01/2008, An update: Due to weather constraints, we were unable to complete the development this past summer as planned. However we will be doing what we can through the winter months, weather depending. If all goes well we will begin paving in the spring.

We are now going to push back the dates for HOA fees until July, 1st 2008. Any one that has or does buy a lot will not have any fees until that date due to our schedule getting pushed back. If we get a bunch of snow and you would like to drive to your lot, please E-mail us, tell us your lot number and when you will be arriving and we will make sure the roads are plowed out for you at our expense. 09/22/07, An update: The development is moving along great. Here are a few things to check out on your next visit.

  • Our entrance sign is being constructed and will look spectacular when completed.
  • The home near the entrance is being totally remodeled on the outside and is looking awesome!
  • The playground is up and ready to be played on.
  • The Sports Court has been ordered and is coming very soon.
  • The storm water pond we have been working hard at for a few months is nearing completion, so road work will soon be in the works to complete Bray Run road to the bottom of the property.
